Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items:
Our merchandise is made-to-order, which means each product is unique and produced only after your order is placed. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:
We offer refunds or free replacements in the event that you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your product. Your request must include a clear photo showing the issue with the item.

How to Submit an Issue

1. Contact Us: Use the “Contact Us” form on our website to report any problems with your order. Make sure to include detailed information and attach a photo that clearly shows the defect or damage.
2. Provide Additional Photos: If multiple products are affected by the same issue, please include an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together in one frame for verification purposes.

Refund Process

• Refunds Issued: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your payment is processed in a currency other than United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
• Replacement Option: In cases of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or other customer-related issues, you may opt for a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

• Size and Color Issues: We do not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
